Enoteca Maglia offers catering, conferences, wine courses, food tours – where we give our guests food & wine experiences beyond the ordinary with the award-winning chef.

Enoteca Maglia is an easygoing and modern Italian-inspired restaurant on Mariaplan in the heart of Majorna, Gothenburg. With genuinely prepared food and top class social service. Here food and wine are the focus and we work with a dynamic menu that is set daily, everything to be able to work with and serve the freshest ingredients. As I said, food and wine in combination is important to us and therefore we also have perhaps Sweden's widest range of Italian wines.

In the evening, everything is served from the simple pasta, intermediate and sharing dishes to the really large menus, 4-5-6-course menus, you decide… We change our á la carte dishes almost daily with a so-called dynamic menu according to quality and demand so that you have access to the best!

To date, we have had no less than 5300 different dishes since the start in 2012!

The background is simple, I have gathered a wonderful group of employees who primarily have a solid education in the restaurant profession. Most of us have worked in both 1, 2 and 3 star restaurants around the world. This is of course a strength, but it also makes it easier for us to apply this knowledge to a cooking and dining room work that meets the needs of our guests.

Simplicity and Passion are watchwords that permeate the entire restaurant. My vision with Enoteca Maglia is for the restaurant to be a meeting place for food and wine enthusiasts, where the food is prepared with great passion, by myself and my colleagues. In the kitchen, the imagination must flow but without fussing over it, fantastic ingredients must be treated with respect and passion and served in an exemplary manner.
